14 Oranges is a startup company founded by a team of former colleagues with a long standing working relationship. We are a mix of managers, developers, designers, graphics artists organized as a distributed company based around Vancouver BC with success delivering to companies such as Intel, Applied Materials, AT&T, and BT.

Our Philosophy

After working for numerous startup companies, the founders of 14 Oranges decided it was time to go back to the basics:

1. Customers are our number 1 priority. Not shareholders. We want to delight our customers and serve them to the best of our abilities.
2. We respect our employees. Every employee earns ownership into the company at the same rate as the co-founders.  No one jumps the queue or gets preferred ownership privileges.
3. We respect our suppliers. Without them, we wouldn’t be able to service our customers to the best of our abilities.
4. We believe in simplicity. From our products, to our website, and to the way we dress at work (suits are so 20th century) you will see no frills or gimmicks.
