Unfortunately for high-traffic or business-critical websites, that frequency of updates and backup is no longer enough.
Our New Premium Care Program
As such, we are now introducing a new Maintenance Program to our list of services: The Premium Care Maintenance Program. With the Premium Care program, your website will be kept up to date on a monthly basis. Updates may include PHP updates, WordPress core files, theme, or plugins updates, firewall hardening, or web server adjustments. Additionally, backups will now be performed daily, reducing the potential data loss window and making it easier to restore the website to a recent state if needed.
Basic Care Program
Our previous Maintenance Program will remain the same but is now renamed the Basic Care Maintenance Program. This program will continue to offer semi-annual updates and weekly backups for up to 2 years.
